Virginia is a highly experienced organisational development professional with deep knowledge and skills in diversity, leadership capability – assessment and potential, career development and change management at both an organisational and personal level.
With an extensive background in Human Resources, Virginia has spent the majority of her career in Financial Services with AXA and ANZ, as well as time at Orica and in the education sector. Virginia has focused on developing and implementing programs to create cultural change, develop leadership talent and to improve employee attraction, engagement and retention.
Virginia has a Bachelor of Education and a Graduate Diploma in Business (Organisational Behaviour), is the President of the Equal Employment Opportunity Network (EEON) and sits on the board of the Foster Care Association of Victoria.
