Agile Solutions was engaged to manage a national change effectiveness review involving all business units and functions of the organisation to determine the effectiveness of an extensive transformation journey undertaken over the previous 2 years. The approach taken by Agile Solutions was highly consultative and engaging for employees who came together from across the business providing feedback on their experiences. The final result from the review gave excellent insight to the change experience from a variety of perspectives. The data gathered informed future program support initiatives.
Following the implementation of SAP across the retail operations of the business, Agile Solutions was engaged initially to identify and make recommendations to achieve further efficiency gains across the broader business. Upon endorsement of Agile Solution’s recommendations they were asked to support implementation and design and facilitate end users training to ensure the streamlining of processes and elimination of duplication was maintained outside the standardised SAP processing.
Agile Solutions consultants have over an extended period been engaged to undertake multiple coaching assignments involving both groups and individuals for VicForest. On each occasion the approach has been specifically designed in accordance with the personal/team needs. The outcomes consistently resulted in enhanced self-awareness and constructive contribution to the work environment through improved individual /team performance.
The Agile Solutions team has worked with a number of businesses at Incitec Pivot over the years. In 2010 members of the team were engaged specifically to Program Manage the development and implementation of the Global Orgaisational Development (OD) Program, consisting of multiple programs and coaching initiatives tiered to target in excess of 2800 people across the business. The focus of these programs was to strengthen leadership and management capability to drive behavioural realignment and improve overall business performance.
Incitec Pivot Limited
Agile Solutions was engaged to lead the change management and people transition components, including communications and go-live readiness training of an internal Program resulting in the establishment of Group Shared Services for the WHK Group. This newly formed entity effectively redefined a new way of working for many employees across the businesses in Australia and New Zealand and those specifically in Finance, IT, HR and Payroll functions. The significance of this broad reaching program and the need to implement with ‘speed’ required a pragmatic change and communication approach that could be adapted to address ‘just-in-time’ local requirements. The result has been an operating centralised function supporting the businesses through managing the largely administrative and transactional activities that were once duplicated across some 18 businesses.
